Avin Advanced Medical Centre in Birjand works to bring specialist care closer to home and reduce the need for patients in South Khorasan to travel to other provinces. Avin is not only the province's first private dialysis centre — it is also the first clinic equipped with smart health monitoring and AI-assisted data analysis, offering a new kind of care experience.
The centre began with physiotherapy and rehabilitation and grew with a 15-bed private dialysis unit. Today, alongside treatment, Avin's smart health kiosk records and analyses each person's vital signs and health indicators to deliver a personalised path for nutrition, exercise and care.
Social responsibility: Expanding dialysis capacity, using AI to improve health outcomes, and reducing medical travel are part of this centre's social responsibility.

Learn moreAvin's hemodialysis unit has been active since June 2026 with 15 fully-equipped stations and a capacity of around a thousand sessions per month. Every session runs under the supervision of a nephrologist, a general physician and trained nursing staff, and the patient's vital signs are fully monitored before, during and after dialysis — for safe, high-quality treatment close to home.
Alongside clinical care, we record patients' health data in a structured way and analyse it with the help of AI.
The centre's health monitoring kiosk records indicators such as blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen, weight, height, BMI and baseline health data, then uses AI to analyse patterns in a person's general condition.
Initial nutrition suggestions based on your monitoring results, weight goal, blood pressure and general condition.
Suggestions for review by a physician or specialist, not a replacement for a specialist prescription.
A digital health record is created for every visitor, so that trends, risks, nutritional needs, activity level and care recommendations can be reviewed and followed up at later visits with the help of AI.
